The 2024 Upgrade & Save Rebate Program Opens on April 15, 2024

IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW

• You still will have access to the rebate portal for 2023 rebates.
• Any pending 2023 rebates must be completed by May 31, 2024.
• All pending 2023 rebates will be removed on May 31, 2024.
• Program runs from April 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
• All participants will be allocated 6 rebate slots.
• When you have used all your slots, contact HVOEC for more allocations.
• Rebate allocations are not guaranteed.
• NORA rebate allocations are limited.
• Please pre-qualify your rebate amounts before you speak with your customers.
• Rebates are processed at the end of each month.
• Rebate checks may take 8 to 12 weeks to reach customer, from the end of the month they were completed.
• Rebate checks are sent directly from NORA to customers.
