THE VPCMA REBATE PROGRAM IS NOW MANAGED BY PPA (THE PENNSYLVANIA PETROLEUM ASSOCIATION)

The VPCMA rebate program will run from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Updated rules and rebate submission directions are available on your portal dashboard.

If you are a previous rebate program participant, please login using your existing VPCMA login and password.
If you are not a previous rebate program participant and have not registered yet, please click here to register.
The program is only available for AVHOD (Approved Virginia Heating Oil Dealers)
